Welcome to the route to the heart of Andalusia! This journey will immerse you in the diversity of landscapes, cultural richness and authenticity of the villages that make up this unique region. We begin our journey in Comares, a village perched on top of a mountain, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Axarquia. Its narrow streets lead us to discover the history hidden in its corners. We head to El Borge, where traditions and local architecture intertwine to offer an authentic experience. We continue to Canillas de Aceituno, located in the heart of the Axarquia. This picturesque village, surrounded by olive and almond groves, invites you to lose yourself in its rural charm. The route takes us to Alfarnate, where tranquility and natural beauty are the protagonists, offering a serene refuge among the hills. Entering the Subbetica, we reach Fuente de Piedra, famous for its lagoon and nature reserve, home to flamingos and a unique variety of birds. We continue to Salar, where the streets and white architecture lead us to explore its rich history. The journey leads us to Iznájar, located on a promontory next to the largest reservoir in Andalusia. The reflection of the village in the waters creates an unforgettable landscape. The route continues to Almedinilla, where history and culture merge in a tranquil setting. We explore the impressive Montefrio, in the Poniente Granadino, with its landscape dotted with olive trees and its unmistakable silhouette. Then, we reach Cabra, whose old town has a rich architectural heritage. We conclude our route in Cañete de las Torres, where history and modernity go hand in hand in this inland town of Córdoba. The Route that takes us to the heart of Andalusia: Axarquia, Antequera, Poniente Granadino and Subbetica is a journey that captures the essence of Andalusia. Modifications due to closures or schedule changes: TGTE is not responsible for itinerary changes caused by facility closures, schedule modifications, or operational adjustments of visited locations due to seasons or special events. In these cases, alternative options will be proposed based on availability.

Late arrival to activities: It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time for scheduled activities. In case of delay, the activity will be considered canceled without a refund.

Official schedules and out-of-schedule changes: Activities will take place according to the established official schedules. If the client wishes to make changes or schedule activities outside the official schedule, this may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. It is recommended to check in advance to manage necessary adjustments.

Confirmation voucher: Once the reservation is reconfirmed, TGTE will provide the final itinerary along with confirmation of all services included in the trip. During the entire route, the client must have either a printed or digital copy of the confirmation for presentation at the establishments.

Stamp your Magic Passport: During the journey, you will have the opportunity to stamp your Magic Passport, recording the villages visited. There are two available formats:

Physical format: Can be requested and collected at the tourist office of any Magic Village.

Digital format: Available through the Magic Villages App, where you can digitize your physical passport or keep a digital record.
